Grown in the orchards of Naples, our chestnuts are glazed using traditional methods in the south of France. Before glazing, they are delicately wrapped in fine muslin in order to balance the sugar absorption to perfection. This technique guarantees the incomparable quality and delicate sweetness of our 'marrons glacés'; low in sugar, they maintain all the authentic flavour of the original fresh chestnuts. 100% natural, with no additives or artificial flavouring. How to preserve our iced chestnuts
Our iced chestnuts should be kept in their original packaging in a cool, dry place at between 6 and 8°C.
We recommend that you eat them at room temperature to enjoy the full taste: remove the wrapping, break the chestnut gently in two to reveal the translucent fruit imbibed with syrup.
